licensing and regulation of sport fishing operators and sport fishing                                                           
guides and licensing and registration of sport fishing vessels; and

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 941.                                                           
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 177(FIN) "An Act                                                                      
relating to an exception for professional fishing guide services in the                                                         
Kenai River Special Management Area; relating to the licensing and                                                              
regulation of sport fishing operators and sport fishing guides and                                                              
licensing and registration of sport fishing vessels; and providing for an                                                       
effective date" was adopted.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
